Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SearchProRT, provided by SearchPro Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SearchProRT.

2. Service Description

SearchProRT is a B2B SEO rank tracking dashboard for digital agencies. The service enables users to monitor keyword search rankings, connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties, and generate performance reports for clients.

3. Eligibility

SearchProRT is intended for business use by digital marketing agencies and SEO professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization to use this service. Access is granted by invitation only.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at wesley@searchprosystems.com

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of SearchProRT
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service without our consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape or excessively burden the service beyond normal use

6. Google API Usage

SearchProRT integrates with Google APIs (Search Console, Analytics) via OAuth. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. You represent that you have the authority to connect the Google properties you authorize within SearchProRT.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all client data, keywords, and reports you create within SearchProRT. We process this data solely on your behalf to provide the service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data as necessary to operate SearchProRT.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime or data delays caused by third-party services (DataForSEO, Google APIs, infrastructure providers).

9. Fees and Payment

Access to SearchProRT is provided under terms communicated separately between SearchPro Systems and your organization. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate access to SearchProRT at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SearchProRT is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that ranking data, GSC metrics, or GA4 metrics will be error-free or perfectly accurate, as they depend on third-party data sources.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchPro Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SearchProRT, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and notify active users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
